Raw Food Orders

The minimum raw food order for courier deliveries is 8kg (to ensure it stays frozen in transit).

Raw food courier orders will ship out Tuesday - Thursday to avoid compromising the quality.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 10am will be processed the same day (except Sundays and for raw courier orders which are just Monday - Thursday).

Orders placed after 10am on a Saturday will be processed on Mondays.

Product arrives frozen. Store in the freezer, defrost in fridge and use within 3 days (safe to defrost, portion & refreeze).

Feed 2-3% of ideal bodyweight daily. (e.g. a 10kg dog will require 200–300g each day.)

Always supervise feeding. As with any raw meat, it’s sensible that good hygiene should be observed – wash hands and surfaces after handling.
