All deliveries will be via our third party courier or our own local delivery driver (for local deliveries Tuesday and Friday) on a one drop leave basis if no one is available to receive the delivery it will be left on the property without liability to the seller. Proof of delivery is only obtained under some circumstances (courier deliveries). Actual delivery times can vary due to external circumstances and force majeure.

Customers have the option to leave delivery notes at checkout with any special instructions or requests. We must be informed if you wish to change your delivery date or address but cannot guarantee this will be possible if deliveries have already left our premises.

Delivery Charges

We currently provide £2 local delivery for TS (Teesside) postcodes but reserve the right to change this at any time. Once our Nationwide deliveries go live, shipping to UK mainland that leave from our address are charged at a standard rate of £5. Shipping prices may differ if your order is sent directly from a manufacturer.

Delivery Times

Our local delivery days are currently Tuesday and Friday. Orders must be placed by 9am on these days to guarantee same day delivery. Any orders placed after 9am will be delivered on the next delivery day.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses

We cannot accept any responsibility for any mistakes made by the customer when entering addresses at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to request an extra shipping fee if a fee is incurred by us having to rearrange with our courier after an order has been made.

We will of course try and rectify these issues but cannot guarantee this will be possible once orders have been made.


You will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched, and providing you with a reference and link to the courier tracking system.


If your order is sent by courier, you will have to sign for your delivery, or else you can opt to have your parcel left in a safe place (with a neighbour, or somewhere within your premises) by putting this request in the courier’s customer notes section.


If you have accepted the parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel has been left in a safe place when you were unavailable for inspection, then please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours in order that we can take the necessary action and resend or refund you accordingly.
